Join me for a transformative 3-week course designed to help you better understand and connect with your pelvic floor.
We'll meet three Sundays in a row—July 6, 13, and 20—to explore the foundations of deep core engagement, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor weakness, with each session building on the last.
Each week includes targeted exercises, educational handouts, and simple homework to support your learning between sessions. Come ready with questions or share your “ah-ha” moments—this is a space for learning and connection!
Whether you’re experiencing leakage, pelvic aching, mysterious hip/glute pain, chronic back discomfort—or you’re a fitness professional unsure how to support clients with these challenges—this course will help you uncover root causes and explore practical, effective solutions.
By the end of the course, you’ll confidently understand:
What your deep core is and how to engage it
How to reduce or manage pelvic pain symptoms
How to strengthen your pelvic floor in a functional, sustainable way
My goal is for you to walk away with a clear understanding of what it means to have a functional pelvic floor, how to manage current symptoms, and which strategies are best to support your—or your clients’—unique needs.
